Sioux City has had its glory years and runs in conference 16, but recently with the increased competition in the conference they have fallen on harder times. An interesting factiod, they were the last team to beat St. Louis in conference 16 play way back in the conference tournament finals in S35, when they won the conference but finished a meagre 12-12, their last non-losing season. Hopefully fullofit can bring the simpletons back to their glory days and begin to salvage a once strong program.

In the first decade of SimSports, the Sioux City KrackRabbits played a successful brand of possession-oriented basketball.  They consistently recruited and coached several great 'possession PGs' before the coach retired.  While always second-fiddle to Cincinnati in the North, they still made the NTT on a couple occasions.

Back in the 'teen' seasons, Sioux City became a nationally recognized program, featuring many elite players.  They first hit the NTT scene after landing highly-anticipated, top-ranked recruit Mohammed Kessler, a 6'10" do-it-all who lived up to his reputation in college.  Two seasons later, Mohammed was joined by hotly-contested recruit George Watkins, a 6'8" forward with incredible shooting and defensive skill.  The tandem led their team to a pair of deep NTT runs, but never managed a League Championship.

Sioux City has had its glory years and runs in conference 16, but recently with the increased competition in the conference they have fallen on harder times. An interesting factoid, they provided both losses surrounding St. Louis' 69-game conference winning streak. The first was the C16 Tournament championship game in Season 35 (they finished just 12-12), and then they broke the streak in Season 41 when Masquerader star Marquis Hopson missed three games due to injury.

Sadly, the Simpletons have posted straight losing seasons since that Season 35 upset. Hopefully fullofit can bring the simpletons back to their glory days and begin to salvage a once strong program.
