Cincinnati was the original heavyweight of Conference 16, dating back to the very first season of SimSports.  Coach Sulla was well known for being abrasive and conceited on the message boards, but his teams often backed up his trash talk with successful seasons (no NTT titles, however).  Cincy was also the first team to institute Sulla's "T-Mac Rule", allowing only players 6'7" and taller onto the team.

More recently coached by jbayer, Cinci has been a long standing top program in the north division of conference 16.  There was a time not so long ago that Cinci was dominating this conference (circa S32-S35) and were very tough to beat with their mean center Kahil Outlaw.

They have remained a very strong and consistent team, staying in the NTT picture year in and year out even though they have lost some of there edge over the north.  They run a rather rugged style of play, not star based at all, but rather focused on all-around strong team play, doing a little of everything.  Not the most conventional team, and coach jbayer doesn't mind being undersized as he has shown a propensity to win with many different styles of lineups.
