Conference 8 in League 31 is known as the Southern Coast Conference. It features teams that are mostly located on the Gulf Coast and South Atlantic coast. This conference features several of the most renown coaches in DTL history, featuring the likes of Golfteam in Macon, Oldtimer in Charleston, and TKlein in Mobile. This is a very active conference.

Preseason Tournaments and Rivalries
Gulf Coast Classic The Southern Coast Conference program out of Mobile is the host of an Out of Conference Tournament called the Gulf Coast Classic. The Gulf Coast Classic pits 4 to 8 programs against each other in round robin action. The team with the best record, followed by head to head and then point differential is the champion of this tournament. This format is designed for a smaller field of teams that will play each other team in the field.
Rivalries
Mobile vs Charleston - Cruise City Showdown - These two programs that are based in cities with cruise ports battle it out once each regular season. This is a battle between two of the more talkative coaches in the nation in Coach Oldtimer and Coach TKlein. The Mobile team leads the all time series 2-1 as of the end of season 2.
